Week 6 Recap: Nelson Streaks, OS & Orphans Light the Lamp, and Ace Rebounds

Week 6 brought a mix of bounce-backs, blowouts, and a wild tie to close the night. With the season heating up, every point is starting to matter.

Ace 5, Triple J 2
Ace opened the night with a solid win over a struggling Triple J squad. Ace went down 2 nothing early but after finding their rhythm bounced back and then never let go of the lead.

OUTCAN 5, HollowBrook Dental 3
OUTCAN kept their momentum rolling with a 5-3 win over HollowBrook. Despite a push from HollowBrook in the second, OUTCAN’s transition game and finishing touch sealed the deal.

Platinum Group 5, AMOS 1
Platinum continued their strong form, cruising past AMOS 5-1. AMOS couldn’t generate much offense, and Platinum controlled the pace from start to finish.

Nelson & Company 2, Velodrome 1
In a tightly contested battle, Nelson extended their win streak with a gritty 2-1 victory over Velodrome. Both teams played disciplined hockey, but Nelson’s structure and timely scoring made the difference.

OS Offices 9, World Orphans 9 (Tie)
The night ended in chaos as OS Offices and World Orphans exploded for a 9-9 tie. It was an offensive showcase with lead changes, breakaways, and highlight-reel goals. Neither team could pull away, and both walked away with a point in a game to remember.
