In the second matchup, Hollowbrook edged World Orphans 4–3 in a nail-biter. Both squads traded goals throughout, but Hollowbrook’s late defensive stand sealed the victory.
Nelson & Company dominated Triple J 7–1, showcasing their firepower and depth. From the opening puck drop, Nelson & Co. dictated play, leaving Triple J searching for answers.
Platinum Group overwhelmed Ace 8–2 in a game mixed with some chaos. After a competitive opening stretch, Platinum seized control with a barrage of goals in the third period. Frustrations boiled over after physical play crossed the line, forcing officials to intervene. Despite the chippy play, Platinum’s offensive surge left no doubt about the outcome.
Closing out the evening, Velodrome outlasted AMOS 5–4 in another heated affair. Both teams pushed the tempo, but Velodrome’s resilience in the final minutes secured the win amid a chippy, hard-fought battle.
